The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
This role will provide a generalist experience within a range of HR activities including recruitment, equality and diversity, updating and maintaining HR records and being a point of contact for general HR queries.
This is a varied role which will provide you with an insight into a Human Resources department. You will develop an up-to-date knowledge of polices and processes with an understanding of employment law.

Senator Engineering are currently looking to recruit an Apprentice Product Development Engineer to join their team based at Huncoat. This is a great opportunity to build and develop technical skills to support new product development projects. The role will include; producing prototypes through 3D printing, model making, fabricating, tube bending, welding and coordinating test build programmes to relevant industry standards. You will undertake a 2-year Apprenticeship, supported by Burnley College, leading to a Level 3 Engineering Technician qualification. Your training will involve on the job training in the workplace supported by one day a week day release with Burnley College.

This is a great opportunity to learn key skills used in the Production of Metal Fabrications in a fast paced environment using a wide range of equipment & techniques. You will undertake an 18 month Apprenticeship, supported by Burnley College leading to a Level 2 Qualification in Engineering. Your training will involve on the job training in the workplace supported by block & day release at college.
