An exciting opportunity has become available for a friendly and helpful Apprentice to join our Human Resources team at a pivotal time of transition and change for Burnley Football Club.

The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
This role will provide a generalist experience within a range of HR activities including recruitment, equality and diversity, updating and maintaining HR records and being a point of contact for general HR queries.
This is a varied role which will provide you with an insight into a Human Resources department. You will develop an up-to-date knowledge of polices and processes with an understanding of employment law.

Senator Engineering are currently looking to recruit an Apprentice Maintenance Engineer to join their team based at our Seating manufacturing site in Huncoat. This is a great opportunity to combine your interest in Electrical and Mechanical engineering whilst developing your experience within a fast paced manufacturing environment. You will undertake a 3-year Apprenticeship, supported by Burnley College leading to a Level 3. Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering – Mechatronics Maintenance Technician. Your training will involve on the job training in the workplace supported by one day a week day release at college.
Senator Engineering are currently looking to recruit an Apprentice Product Development Engineer to join their team based at Huncoat. This is a great opportunity to build and develop technical skills to support new product development projects. The role will include; producing prototypes through 3D printing, model making, fabricating, tube bending, welding and coordinating test build programmes to relevant industry standards. You will undertake a 2-year Apprenticeship, supported by Burnley College, leading to a Level 3 Engineering Technician qualification. Your training will involve on the job training in the workplace supported by one day a week day release with Burnley College.
Senator Engineering are currently looking to recruit an Engineering Operative Apprentice to join their team based in the Machine Shop at Blackburn. This is a great opportunity to learn key skills used in the Production of Metal Fabrications in a fast paced environment using a wide range of equipment & techniques. You will undertake an 18 month Apprenticeship, supported by Burnley College leading to a Level 2 Qualification in Engineering. Your training will involve on the job training in the workplace supported by block & day release at college.
